AGV developments is proud to introduce our brand new innovative project. We present a 3D image tour of two luxurious villas scheduled to be built within two of our premium plots of land in the area of Leivathos. The plots, approx 500sq.m. each, are situated just a few kilometers from the areas magnificent sandy beaches and Argostoli town. The villas will be built with high specification standards and be designed to offer comfort, luxury and privacy.
The villas neoclassical design is a fusion of classical architecture with a dash of modern elements to blend harmoniously with the surrounding scenery and will be situated within the beautiful private plots.
Each Villa will comprise of two levels and offer an elegant entrance that will open into spacious living areas with grand balcony doors for outside access and natural light, an open-plan kitchen and dining area.
